The newest issue of the print journal is now available. Focusing on the theme of the family, this issue of Dominicana takes as its inspiration the words of Pope St. John Paul II, “As the family goes, so goes the nation, and so goes the whole world in which we live.”

This issue explores the role of individual members of the family, with feature articles on the manly virtues that the saints can teach today’s fathers, as well as the suffering, born of love, that Christian mothers are called to embrace. It also examines families and communities more generally, whether envisioned in the novels of Wendell Berry, contemporary film, culture, or education. The issue includes an interview with theologian and father Matthew Levering, and a number of other pieces—all available to you online and in PDF with your subscription to the print journal.
