This is the ninth and final video in a series on St. Thomas Aquinas and the virtue of faith.

Faith makes demands upon the believer, just as love does the lover. Such demands are not burdensome, however. Instead they are quite beautiful, as they are intended to lead us to beatitude. To conclude our series, Fr. Michael Mascari, O.P., member of the Central Province of St. Albert the Great and the Order’s Socius for Intellectual Life, discusses Summa Theologiae IIa IIae q. 16 aa 1-2, in which St. Thomas addresses the demands that faith, knowledge, and understanding make upon the believer.
